Farm Manager

We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate. We are currently seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role you will be responsible for the strategic planning and hands-on management of the farms operations to ensure the effective use of resources, timely completion of tasks and high standards of productivity. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, overseeing staff, maintaining property and equipment and ensuring the health and welfare of livestock. The Farm Manager plays a critical role in supporting operational goals and promoting a culture of safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
