Notes:
1 $99 listing fee applies per product. Listing duration is 90 days. No commission is charged on the sale price.
2 Listings with a quantity greater than 1 are considered bulk or recurring sales and are subject to ONO Rural commission regardless of price.
3 Commission is only charged upon successful agreement and completion of sale through the ONO system.
4 ONO Rural securely holds funds until the transaction is confirmed, then releases payment to the seller via their selected payout method.
5 Commission only applies to successfully completed auctions. Reserve price must be met for sale to finalise.

OVERVIEW

  • These Listing Rules apply to all sales and auctions conducted and serviced by GJR Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 679 858 489 trading as ONO Rural (we, us, our). 
  • By setting up an Account with us, you expressly agree to, and consent to be bound by our Listing Rules. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to accept and agree to these Listing Rules on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. 
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Listing Rules (including the Fees) from time to time, by posting the changes on our Site 30 days in advance.  
  • The Fees set out below are exclusive of any Taxes unless otherwise specified. 
  • Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms in these Listing Rules are defined in the Terms and Conditions that can found at www.onorural.com.au.

  • We offer Vendors a ’For Sale’ Listing option (For Sale Listing), enabling Vendors to sell their Product at a set price, while allowing Purchasers to buy the Product immediately. 
  • To create a For Sale Listing, you must comply with the list of Requirements which correspond to particular Features of a For Sale Listing. 
  • When you advertise your Product as a For Sale Listing, your Listing stays on the Platform until the Product is either sold or removed by you. 
  • When creating a For Sale Listing, you will be required to fill in the required fields. We recommend that you provide as much information as possible, to increase your chances of selling the Product on the Platform. 

FOR SALE LISTING FEATURES

(LIVESTOCK NOTE: Livestock should be gathered in the yard and filmed on one side as they move through the gateway, and again when coming back, filmed from the other side. If you’re selling Cattle, please ensure you film from a high angle to clearly show their conditions and coverage. MACHINERY NOTE: If you’re selling Machinery, please ensure to upload a video of the machine starting up and in running operation.)[Optional]
InsightsVendors will be able to view their valuable insights and analysis in relation to their Listing.[Optional]
Make OfferVendors have the ability to choose whether they want to receive Offers for the Product which are below the set price.[Optional]
Messaging SystemVendors and Purchasers are able to communicate with each other directly via their Accounts.[Optional]
Agent DetailsIf an Agent is engaged to act on behalf of a Vendor, their name, contact information and company logo must be displayed to Purchasers.[Yes]
Boost ListingAfter creating a Listing on the Platform, Vendors can enhance its visibility by purchasing a Listing boost (Boost) for $80.00 and adding it to the Listing. Purchasing a Boost will showcase the Product by prominently displaying it at the top of its category search result for up to 30 days.[Optional]

  • We offer Vendors an exclusive For Sale ONO Listing option (FOR SALE ONO Listing) which provides Users the ultimate buying and selling experience.  
  • As part of the FOR SALE ONO Listing, Products are listed by the Vendor for fixed 28-day period, with the listing expiring at 11:00am on the 28th day. 
  • The key feature of FOR SALE ONO Listing is that Users can submit offers for the Product at any time during the 28-day period, with the offer’s key details (including user name, amount ($) and date) being made visible to other Users. 
  • At any time during the 28-day period, the Vendor may view and accepted any offers made.  
  • If a Vendor accepts your offer at any time during the 28-day period, you acknowledge and agree that you are liable for the successful payment of the Price.

FOR SALE ONO LISTING FEATURES

DurationThe duration of a FOR SALE ONO Listing is fixed at 28 days and will expire at 11:00am on the final day of the Listing.[Yes]
Reserve PriceVendors may include a minimum reserve price prior to the Start Time. If the Reserve Price is not met, the Product will not be sold unless the vendor accepts an offer within ONO’s automatic 20% below reserve price buffer.
Any offers below 20% of the Reserve Price will not be processed by us.		[Optional]
Offer IncrementsVendors can choose the minimum amount between the current offer and the next offer.[Optional]
Withdraw OfferEach offer made by a Purchaser stands for 36 hours. After this period, a Purchaser can either stand or withdraw their offer.[Yes]
Photo Upload (x15)Vendors can upload up to 15 photos of the Product, but must include a minimum of 1 photo.[Yes]
Video Upload (x1)Vendors have the ability to upload a video of their Product.   • We offer Vendors an auction Listing option (Auction Listing), enabling Vendors to sell their Product to the highest Bidder. 
  • To create an Auction Listing you must comply with the list of Requirements which correspond to particular Features of an Auction Listing. 
  • We reserve the right to remove or withdraw an Auction Listing at any time, at our sole discretion. 
  • We will charge you the Commission Fee when you sell a Product at Auction (Commission Fee). This Commission Fee will be automatically deducted from the sale proceeds of the Auction, and the details of the deducted Commission Fee will be set out on the invoice. 
  • We offer Vendor’s a no sale no Commission Fee guarantee in relation to Auction Listings. If we don’t sell your Product at Auction, we will not charge you a Commission Fee. 
  • When creating an Auction Listing on the Platform, you will be required to fill in the required fields. We recommend that you provide as much information as possible, to increase your chances of selling the Product at Auction. 
  • In relation to an Auction:
    • we are not responsible for bids that are not processed due to technical problems or delays.
    • we are not acting as agent for or on behalf of any party. 
    • when a Bidder makes a bid at an Auction, the Bidder is making an offer to buy the Product subject to its Sale Terms. 
    • at the expiry of the Auction, and subject to the Listing Rules, a contract will be formed between the Vendor and the successful Bidder for the sale and purchase of the relevant Product; and 
    • a statement generated by the Platform at the expiry of the Auction is binding on the Vendor and the Bidder and is prima facie evidence that the Bidder has agreed to purchase the Product. 
  • When bidding in an Auction, please ensure that you’ve inputted the correct bid amount. You may not withdraw a bid except where the Vendor has authorised the withdrawal. Accordingly, if you seek to withdraw a bid, it is essential that you contact us immediately on 1300 1RURAL or at info@onorural.com.au.
  • By submitting a bid during an Auction, you acknowledge and agree that you are liable for the successful payment of the Price. If the Vendor does not authorise withdrawal of your bid and: 
    • you remain the successful bidder; we will contact the next-highest Bidder below you to enquire if they wish to purchase the Product at their bid price. If the Bidder below you and the Vendor accepts, you are liable for [the difference in the withdrawn bid price and the accepted bid price or reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by the Vendor, including administrative fees and marketing expenses. 
    • there are no other Bidders, and the Vendor is unable to successfully sell the Product at a further Auction within 5 Business Days, you will be obliged to proceed with the Transaction (including in accordance with any Sale Terms).  
  • If a dispute arises in relation to an Auction, clauses 21 of the Terms and Conditions apply.

AUCTION LISTING FEATURES

DurationVendors have the ability to choose the marketing period for their Auction, with options for 2, 3, 5, 10, 21, 30 or a 60-day period. During this time, the Auction Listing will be advertised and marketed to other Users on the Site.

The Auction itself will have a duration for 60 minutes.		[Yes]
Reserve PriceVendors can include a minimum reserve price prior to the Start Time. If the Reserve Price is not met, the Product will not be sold.[Optional]
Bid IncrementsVendors can choose the minimum amount between the current bid and the next bid.[Optional]
Photo Upload (x15)Vendors can upload up to 15 photos of the Product, but must include a minimum of 1 photo.[Yes]
