Heckles is a cracking little horse with a big heart and an even bigger motor. He’s a pleasure to handle on the ground – easy to catch, lead, shoe, and float – and he’ll go all day if you ask him to.

Originally trained for cutting, Heckles still shows plenty of natural cow sense. With some work, he could slip back into it no worries, making him a great prospect for someone keen to get him back in the arena or out working stock.

This bloke isn’t for beginners – he needs an experienced rider who can channel his energy and give him the work he thrives on. With the right rider, Heckles will make a fun, forward, and willing partner for whatever you throw at him.
